I don't use oils, but I did use Oat milk for the soup and alternately tried it with almond milk, hands down, the oat makes a creamier version! I used the nutritional yeast so it was AWESOME 👍!
I just sauteed the cauliflower florets in part of the vegetable broth and it came out great! Then cooked for the recommended time! Thanks again for posting this, I'm sharing this with a friend!
