I had a bunch of kale that was going to go bad before I could finish it all. I made this recipe last night and it was just what I needed. It was flavorful and tasty and just spicy enough. I thought that 1/4 tsp of salt would not be enough (as I like salty dishes) but I was wrong, it was just the right amount of salt. It was so easy to make and tastes good so I will definitely make it again!
